10 grams Essiac herbs – makes one quart – 16 servings at the maximum recommended dosage of 2 oz. per day – approximately 2 1/2 weeks’ worth. Most Essiac products recommend a more concentrated brew, and/or a higher dosage, but this is a departure from what Rene Caisse herself recommended and did, and she always stressed that the sheep sorrel root is the most important ingredient.
